If you wish to change the location or the date of your event please let us know 48 hours before

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your reserved date, by e-mail or phone. Please include your name, date and adress of the event. There will be no charge for cancallation.Your money will be refunded.

For cancalletaions made on a shorter notice than 48 hours a $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Because of the fragile nature of the potteries we can not take responsibility for broken or damaged piecies resulting from transportation or accidents. We will do our best to accomodate our customers. Eaither by refunding the price of the broken piece or offering a new one.
